Every year, Philadelphia Dept. of Property  have the huge responsibility of changing the time on the City Hall Clock Tower every spring and fall for daylight savings. Philadelphia Office of City Representative asked me to document the process.

This was a very fun project/collaboration with photographers Albert Lee and David Rosenberg. We were tasked, as a team, to film and tell the story of how the City of Philadelphia Department of Public Property set the time of Philadelphia City Hall clock tower for Daylight Savings. We had only that day shoot. We shot all the shots we needed in 3 hour's time (from 2 AM - 5 AM). I did the editing in Premiere Pro, the graphics in Illustrator and animated in After Effects.
